Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 3-5 Business days .

We are located in Morocco. We ship Monday – Friday and all packages will mail out within about 1-3 working days if order have more than 10 items the proccesing time will be about 7-10 working days (We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, National Holidays) Please understand that it is possible shipping may be delayed due to customs or unforeseen circumstances.

Once we will ship your order you will receive an email from us contain the tracking number of your package and you can track it through www.fedex.com

Customs, duties, and taxes

Mazador is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

Mazador is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Returns Policy

Our policy is simple: if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase simply return it to us within 15 days of delivery in its original package, clean and in unused condition for a full refund of the product price. We encourage all customers to carefully review our complete return policy. Shipping and handling costs: The customer will be responsible for paying the shipping costs of a returning item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
