1 - Order & Shipping
Once you have placed your order, we will send you a confirmation email to track the status of your order.
Once your order is shipped we will send you another email to confirm you the expected delivery date as well as the link to track your order (when the delivery method allows it).
Additionally, you can track the status of your order from your “order history” section on your account page on the website.

We can only change orders that have not been processed for shipping yet.
Once your order is under the status “preparing for shipping”, “shipping” or “delivered”, then we cannot accept any edits to your order.

We currently ship world wide through FedEx international priority please visit fedex.com to check if your country is covered and read International shipping and return policy for more information.
Once you’ve placed your order, it usually takes 3 to 5 hours to process it for delivery.
Estimate shipping time for the countries covered by FedEx international priority:
- North America: 1-3 business days
- Europe: 1-2 business days
- Asia Pacific: 3-5 working days
- Australia New Zealand: 3-5 working days

We currently ship orders with FedEx only and once your order is shipped we will send you another email to confirm you the expected delivery date as well as the link and tracking number to track your order.

If you’re not home or your business closed, In most cases, FedEx will attempt to deliver your package three times before returning it to us. When a FedEx courier is unable to deliver your package, he will leave a tag on your door informing you on the Air Waybill number and the next delivery attempt.
You can also contact FedEx Customer Service at 800 FedEx (800 33339) to specify your available date and time for delivery, or to request FedEx to hold your shipment at any of FedEx Service Center for a self-pickup.
Deliveries in Europe and Australia may will have to pay custom taxes.
Our delivery partner will handle the clearance and will invoice you in local currency for the duties and taxes linked to your order.
2 - Payment
Currently we accept PayPal only but you can pay with your credit card if you don’t have a PayPal account.
We currently only support the following currencies for charging our customers in their local currencies: USD, CAD and EUR.
If your credit or debit card use another currency, then you will be charged in USD, CAD or EUR, depending on the website you are on. Your bank will apply the corresponding conversation rate of the currency you choose.
3 - Returns

After you read our International shipping ans Return Policy you can ask for a return, please contact our support.
We do accept exchanges and they follow the same conditions as returns
In order to ask for an exchange, please mention that you would like your item to be exchanged with another item when preparing your return with our support.
The customer will be responsible for paying the shipping costs of a returning item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Returns are confirmed within 3 days of receiving the package at our warehouse.
Once your return is accepted, the refund, exchange or credit will be issued within 48 hours of our services accepting your return.
